I’ve seen it a hundred times. We start the first few frames, and your hands are shaking—nervous laughter, unsure where to put your arms, maybe wondering what the hell you signed up for. Then, we stop to look at the back of the camera. You see an image of yourself—lit, framed, and captured in a way you’ve never seen before—and I hear it:

Step 1: Booking & Planning
Complete the contact form - you'll be sent a personalized booking guide with options for multiple packages. Once you secure your date, sign and pay, I send you a detailed style and prep guide—complete with wardrobe inspiration, shopping links, and tips to help you feel prepared and excited. We’ll go over your vision, comfort level, and the kind of energy you want in your session. No guessing. No scrambling. Everything is curated so you can just show up and enjoy the day.
Step 2: Hair, Makeup & Hype
When you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth, zero judgment, and all the hype you could ever need. Our professional beauty team is there to enhance your natural features, not mask them. You’ll look and feel like you—only even more confident.
Step 3: The Session
The first few frames? Sure, your hands might shake. You might laugh nervously. That’s normal. Then you’ll see an image on the back of the camera and realize, holy shit, that’s me. From there, something clicks. The poses get bolder. The smile turns into a smirk. You start to own the space. I guide you every step of the way—no need to “know how to pose.” I teach you how to move, how to breathe, how to channel that fierce energy that’s been in you all along.

When your images are ready, you’ll get to relive the experience—seeing yourself the way I’ve seen you all along. You’ll have the option to choose from albums, wall art, and digital collections, each crafted to preserve this version of you in all her glory.

Couples boudoir is more than a photoshoot—it’s an intimate, unforgettable experience that celebrates your connection in a raw, artful way. Whether you’re after something soft and romantic or daring and adventurous, we create images that exude passion, trust, and love while staying true to your dynamic.
We know stepping into a couples boudoir session can feel like a big leap, so we make it easy from the start. After booking, you’ll get our prep and styling guide—packed with wardrobe inspiration, links, and ideas—so you can show up feeling confident and excited. When you arrive at our Kansas City studio [appropriately called the Electric Light Studio], we’ve got you: a comfortable, judgment-free space, professional hair and makeup for one partner, and plenty of time to settle in before we start shooting.
The first few frames are all about warming up, finding your rhythm, and letting the nerves fade. We guide you through every pose, from playful and lighthearted to deeply intimate, always respecting your boundaries and comfort level. You’ll never be left wondering what to do—we coach you through it, highlighting your natural chemistry in ways that feel authentic and effortless.
You’ll laugh, you’ll connect, and you might even surprise yourselves. By the end, you’ll leave with more than just beautiful, tasteful photographs—you’ll walk away with a memory of a day that brought you closer than ever.
Because it’s important:
-No penetration—none.Both partners must keep on a genitalia-covering bottom.
-Erections happen. It’s normal, but we aren’t photographing explicit content.
