This bright, industrial creative studio is perfect for photographers, videographers, and content creators who want full control over their environment. The space works beautifully for portrait, boudoir, lifestyle, branding sessions, product photography, cake smashes, creative editorial shoots, and even yoga or breath work  classes (we’ve comfortably fit 20 mats).

 

Layout

The studio is an elongated L-shape spanning almost 1,200 sq ft, giving you distinct zones to work in while keeping everything open and easy to navigate. South + east-facing windows fill the space with gorgeous natural light all day — soft and bright in the morning, rich and directional but diffused light in the afternoon. The tall 12+ ft ceilings make it easy to work with large backdrops, tall props, and full lighting setups.
